The Chi-Nations Youth Council has issued a statement regarding Adam Sings In The Timber and the brave women who have spoken out against him.

Adam Sings in the Timber

It has come to the Chi-Nations Youth Council’s (CNYC) attention that Adam Sings In The Timber (Instagram) is a groomer and a rapist. We have worked closely with Sings In The Timber in the past since he served on the parent board of the American Indian Education Program at Chicago Public Schools while one of our members served as an ambassador.

The CNYC had traveled to the Native Nations March with Adam Sings In The Timber, and he has taken professional headshots for the CNYC. Adam uses a family man persona and proximity to Native aunties to make victims feel comfortable.

Adam Sings In The Timber’s victims are young Native girls and women interested in modeling, photography, and journalism, and Pretendians (Corinne GreyCloud, Elizabeth Hoover, and others) desperate for legitimacy.

Sings In The Timber’s current partner, Elizabeth Hoover, has been taking resources from Native people for years and lying about her ancestry.

Sings In The Timber worked at the First Nations Garden with his children, and we have learned that girls and women in our community have felt uneasy and groomed by him. We apologize for not thoroughly vetting who is allowed in our spaces. Adam Sings In The Timber is no longer welcome in our community.

Native spaces frequently gaslight people to normalize predatory behavior. Thank you to all the brave women who spoke out about Adam Sings In The Timber. We believe in you and support you.
